• You should not rely on the AI's output for critical decisions (including but not limited to the financial valuation, safety, or handling of any physical objects). We make no guarantees regarding the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of the results.

When you upload images or text to our Service, you retain your ownership rights. However, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, and process your uploaded images for the purpose of providing the recognition service to you.

We will strictly NOT use your uploaded images in public promotional materials, blog posts, or marketing campaigns.

User Responsibility: You confirm that you have the legal right to upload these images and that they do not violate any third-party copyrights or privacy rights. Copyright Takedown: If you believe that content on our Service violates your copyright, please contact us with a formal takedown request, and we will remove the infringing material promptly.

4. Payments and Subscriptions

Our paid packages are sold by LemonSqueezy, which acts as our Merchant of Record. By making a purchase, you also agree to LemonSqueezy's Terms of Service and Privacy Policy. All billing, refunds, and tax concerns (including VAT calculation) are handled through the LemonSqueezy platform in accordance with their policies.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages (including financial loss or physical injury) arising out of your use of the Service or reliance on its AI-generated outputs. The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without any warranties of any kind.

6. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Armenia, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved in the competent courts of Armenia.
