  • Uploaded Content (Images): When you use our AI recognition features, you voluntarily upload images. We strip metadata (such as EXIF GPS location) from these images where possible.
  • Usage Data: We collect basic analytics data on how you interact with the Service to improve user experience.

2. How We Use Your Information

  • To Provide the Service: To manage your account, track subscription limits, and process AI recognition requests.
  • Communications: We may use your email to send essential account notifications, payment receipts, or customer support responses.

3. Payments and Third-Party Processors

LemonSqueezy (Merchant of Record): All paid services and subscriptions are processed securely through our authorized payment partner, LemonSqueezy. We do not collect, store, or process your credit card numbers or raw financial data.

Other Third Parties:

  • AI Providers (e.g., OpenAI): We use external Large Language Models (LLMs) and vision APIs. Your images are sent to these providers strictly for processing the recognition request.
  • Google: For authentication services and aggregated analytics.

4. Your Rights and Data Deletion

Depending on your location, you have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal data. You can request the deletion of your account and associated personal data at any time by contacting us. Upon request, we will delete your Google Auth data and any identifiable information from our active databases.

We take commercially reasonable legal, technical, and organizational measures to protect your information against unauthorized access or disclosure.
